On the 22nd January 1879 at Isandlwana, a Zulu army of twenty thousand warriors armed with assegai spears and cowhide shields destroyed a British imperial force equipped with rifles and artillery. It remains one of the greatest military upsets in history. This stunning graphic tee honours the Zulu warrior in full ceremonial battle dress — headdress of black ostrich feathers, cowhide shield raised, the war cry Usuthu on his lips as the British line breaks before him.
